Rockwall Instructor- The Y in Arnold

The y climbing wall instructor plans and instructs rock climbing classes for all learning levels, leading and supervising activities to demonstrate necessary skills. This role contributes to community well-Being by creating experiences that foster health, purpose, acceptance, and belonging.

This position requires a love of fitness and people, a desire to help others enjoy fitness, and some prior experience with rock climbing. All associates must adhere to the code of conduct with youth, emphasizing respect, safety, and reporting suspected mistreatment.
