BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will deliver and supervise individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) services, collaborating within an integrated aba and speech model to build independence in children. This role also involves mentoring and developing a team of clinicians and registered behavior technicians to maintain high standards of therapeutic excellence.

Candidates must be licensed board-Certified behavior analysts with active certification and licensure in both maryland and virginia, possessing strong clinical precision paired with warmth and professionalism. Preferred experience includes serving children with autism spectrum disorder, especially in early intervention settings.
