Bilingual Teacher's Assistant

The bilingual teaching assistant primarily assists the classroom teacher in planning, organizing, and implementing the instructional program for unaccompanied children in various learning environments. This role involves guiding and encouraging students to reach their academic potential while maintaining discipline and accurate records.

Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish and possess at least a high school diploma plus paid experience working with youth or some college coursework in educational instruction; a bachelor's degree in education is preferred. Required competencies include cross-Cultural sensitivity, effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to obtain cpr, first aid, and aec certifications upon hire.
