Aide-Classroom

The classroom aide supports daily instructional activities under the teacher's direction by reinforcing learning concepts and providing individualized or small-Group assistance to students. This role also involves preparing materials, supervising students, maintaining classroom structure, and supporting spiritual life through participation in school activities.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, along with a genuine love for working with children and a willingness to collaborate. A high school diploma is required, while an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and prior experience working with children are preferred, alongside a commitment to catholic mission.
