Aide, Toddler Teacher

The aide supports the toddler teacher by implementing goals and activities aligned with head start standards and licensing requirements, assisting with classroom supervision, and maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Responsibilities also include assisting with housekeeping, safety routines, lesson plan implementation, and care-Giving routines.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months of verifiable paid or volunteer experience in a preschool or licensed infant care center. A minimum of six completed units in child/Human growth or early childhood development is required, along with holding current infant first aid and cpr certificates.
