Community Based Support Professional Conejo Valley

The associate will work one-On-One with adults with developmental disabilities, assisting them in building skills, confidence, and connections through various community-Based activities. This includes supporting individuals in volunteering, attending events, exploring their community, and modeling independent living skills.

Candidates must possess a compassionate, people-Oriented mindset and have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle, as community travel is essential. Experience with cpr/First aid certification and behavior support is beneficial, though training may be available.
