Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles to children with autism in various settings, while also collecting data and assisting with parent training and clinical assessments under the direction of a bcba. Key duties involve consistently implementing treatment plans across domains like toilet training and communication, maintaining detailed records, and providing direct 1:1 client care.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and must either hold rbt certification or commit to obtaining and maintaining it through the bacb. Essential requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, clean driving record, and proficiency in microsoft office suite and aba-Specific data collection software.
