Learning Consultant I

The learning consultant will support a small caseload of adults with developmental disabilities in building independence and life skills through planned activities and coaching. Responsibilities also include assisting with personal care when necessary and facilitating community outings and recreation.

Candidates must be patient, reliable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the physical ability to assist adults. A high school diploma or ged is required, and while experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus, training will be provided.
