Sports & Team Building Specialist - Soundview

The specialist will plan and lead age-Appropriate sports activities focusing on skill development, physical fitness, and athletic growth while emphasizing safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This role also requires serving as the primary contact for aquatic safety, coordinating swim tests, and supervising campers during field trips.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization. Demonstrated ability to lead activities with children and teens, along with knowledge of various sports, is required.
