Assistant Teacher - Jamaica

The assistant teacher will collaborate with the director and group teacher on daily lessons and activities while actively creating a child-Oriented and literacy-Focused atmosphere. Essential duties include ensuring developmentally appropriate care, supervising children at all times, and assisting with program planning and center maintenance.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma, with prior experience in a childcare setting being preferred. Applicants must also demonstrate sensitivity when working with homeless populations and be willing to consent to a multi-Phase criminal background check.
