Recreation Coordinator - Jamaica

The recreation coordinator will lead afternoon and evening activities, including organizing and supervising field trips, team games, sporting events, and arts & crafts projects for elementary, middle school, and teen groups. This role also requires assisting with various facility events and ensuring the safety and engagement of the children involved.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred, and must have experience leading activities with children or teens, demonstrating competency in youth development and childcare. Essential skills include group management, problem-Solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate respectfully with diverse populations.
