Community Hab - Direct Support Professional

As a community habilitation direct support professional, you will assist individuals with developmental disabilities in accessing community resources and participate in activities to promote their independence. The role involves one-On-One support and requires effective communication and planning skills.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid nys driver's license and access to a vehicle. The position requires a commitment to working with individuals with developmental disabilities and promoting their self-Esteem and community integration.
