Behavior Intervention Specialist

The behavioral intervention specialist conducts behavioral assessments and collaborates with teams to develop behavior support plans. They also provide ongoing training to staff and serve as a primary resource for understanding disabilities and positive behavioral support.

Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field or a license in mental health counseling, along with specialized training in assessment techniques. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is also required.
