Coordinators will plan and implement eight weeks of daytime summer activities focused on objectives like healthy minds/Healthy bodies, problem solvers, artists and creators, and motivated readers for youth in low-Income housing. They must work with their team to lead regular field trips and incorporate individual youth interests into daily activities.

Requirements summary

Applicants must be at least 17 years old, a us citizen, us national, or lawful permanent resident alien to serve as an americorps member, and must commit to the full service term from june 1st to august 10th, 2026. A reliable phone, passion for youth work, and ability to meet in person are required.
