The ESL Teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver the EF academic program through structured and interactive lessons. Key tasks include teaching classes, managing the classroom, monitoring student progress, and ensuring adherence to the EF behavior code.
Candidates must have a university degree or equivalent experience, a TEFL certificate, and complete fluency in English. Experience in education is required, along with the ability to attend training before the contract starts.

The Role: In this role, you will plan, prepare, and deliver the EF academic program through structured and interactive lessons and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction. Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to: Teaching classes every weekday following the EF methodology. Lesson planning and preparation before each class. Classroom management. Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests. Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up-to-date records and paperwork. Attending all teacher meetings. Monitoring student progress and personal goals to help them in their language improvement Ensuring the EF behavior code is always followed by students and informing management immediately if there are any issues or problems. Dealing with problems and emergency situations-should they arise.
University degree or equivalent experience. TEFL certificate or equivalent. Complete fluency in English. Experience in the field of education Attend training before your contract commences.
