Summer Swim Coach

The swim coach will assist the head coach in leading the swim team program, which includes planning practices and developing swimmer technique across all competitive strokes. This role also requires teaching group and private swim lessons to members of varying ages and abilities while emphasizing water safety and skill progression.

Candidates must have competitive swim experience and are preferred to have prior coaching or teaching experience, along with strong knowledge of stroke mechanics, starts, and turns. Required qualifications include current lifeguard, cpr, and first aid certifications, along with a reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude.
