Senior Trainer

The senior trainer is responsible for delivering and tracking training across various easterseals nh & vt programs to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, while also serving as a subject matter expert for curriculum improvement. Key duties include conducting both in-Person and virtual training sessions, observing instructors for coaching, and managing training data reporting.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or three to five years of experience in human services or education involving training delivery, along with maintaining specific safety and intervention certifications like red cross cpr and mandt. Excellent communication skills, the ability to teach physical skills, and reliable transportation are also mandatory requirements.
