Family Engagement Specialist

The specialist will be responsible for facilitating family meetings and providing in-Home support to strengthen families, coaching parents to have safe and nurturing time with children in dcf custody. Additionally, the role involves contacting extended family members to explore familial support and create genograms.

Candidates should preferably possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field along with two years of human services experience. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle with insurance, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
