BCBA – Hillsborough Region/Tampa Clinic

Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to rbts and bcabas. Analyze data, adjust programming, collaborate with stakeholders, and train caregivers to support client progress across various environments.

Requires an active bcba certification in good standing with the bacb, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work across clinic, school, and home environments. Interest in mentoring rbts and supporting developing clinicians is also desired.
