Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic & School Based | Clearwater, FL

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children and adolescents in clinic and school settings, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by supervising bcbas. This role also involves collecting and recording accurate session data, supporting skill development, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification in good standing with the bacb, or be willing to obtain it, and should ideally have experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a reliable work ethic are also required.
