Swim Instructor

The swim teacher will lead students in structured, fun water environments to teach life-Saving swim skills using the foss swim path curriculum, ensuring swimmer safety and an engaging educational experience for 1-4 students per class. Responsibilities also include engaging with parents regarding student progress and actively demonstrating the foss cultural pillars.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, comfortable working in a warm (91-Degree) chlorinated indoor pool environment, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are necessary, although prior aquatic experience is a plus and paid training is provided.
