Swim Instructor

The swim teacher will instruct 1-4 students per class using hands-On methods based on the foss swim path curriculum, focusing on swimmer safety and development of life-Enriching skills. Responsibilities also include ensuring a safe, engaging, educational experience and communicating progress updates to parents or guardians.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and comfortable working in a warm (91-Degree), chlorinated indoor pool environment, capable of demonstrating physical movements underwater. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with children are essential, although prior aquatic experience is a plus.
