Swim Instructor

The swim teacher will lead students in structured, fun water environments to teach life-Saving swim skills following the foss swim path curriculum, ensuring swimmer safety and engagement for 1-4 students per class. Responsibilities also include engaging with parents/Guardians regarding student progress and demonstrating the foss cultural pillars.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, comfortable working in a warm (91-Degree) chlorinated indoor pool environment, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are required, although prior aquatic experience is preferred but not mandatory as paid training is provided.
