Behavior Technician, Home Program

Behavior technicians will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by a supervising bcba, delivering one-On-One services in home, school, and community environments while maintaining clinical fidelity. Responsibilities include using evidence-Based teaching strategies, supporting behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals, collecting accurate data, and communicating progress to the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days of employment. Preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings, along with reliable transportation.
