Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, delivering one-On-One services in home, school, and community environments while maintaining clinical fidelity. Responsibilities include using evidence-Based teaching strategies, supporting behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals, collecting accurate data, and communicating progress to the clinical team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through the bacb and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities and in home, school, or community settings is preferred, along with reliable transportation.
