Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, utilizing evidence-Based strategies like net and dtt while working directly with children in various settings. Responsibilities also include collecting accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals, documenting session notes, and communicating progress with supervisors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days of employment. Experience working with children with autism or in childcare/Preschool settings is preferred, along with the ability to pass required background checks.
