Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist

Behavior technicians implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by a supervising bcba, focusing on building communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills in children through evidence-Based strategies like net and dtt. Responsibilities also include collecting accurate data, documenting progress, and maintaining professional ethical standards during sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days of employment. Experience working with children with autism or in childcare/School settings is preferred, along with the ability to pass required background checks.
