Assistant Teacher, Childtime of Colonie

Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. This role also involves developing the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, alongside effectively communicating with their families.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children, capable of meeting state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. A key physical requirement is the ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with the children.
