Artistic Swim Coach

The coach will assist the head coach in developing the curriculum and running practices for the lyonfish synchronettes artistic swimming team, focusing on skill improvement and instilling ymca values. Essential duties include preparing swimmers for competitions, ensuring safety during practices, and collaborating with staff to foster athlete confidence.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess advanced knowledge of artistic swimming concepts, along with relevant coaching certifications or a willingness to obtain them. Required qualifications include cpr/Aed/First aid certification and an understanding of child and adolescent development, coupled with a positive attitude.
