Sr. Instructional Designer

The senior instructional designer designs, develops, manages, and coordinates e-Learning projects for johns hopkins medicine, overseeing the full course development lifecycle using sound instructional design principles. This role involves acting as a key contact for various parties, managing complex tasks independently, and ensuring project goals are met on time.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and over five years of experience in instructional design or adult learning, demonstrating advanced proficiency in articulate 360 tools. A strong background in developing online content, managing projects, and understanding adult learning theory is essential.
