Summer Camp Counselor

Staff are responsible for guiding the development of young people in grades k-5, ensuring a safe, enriching, and healthy environment while utilizing program resources. Instructors must also maintain positive engagement and provide excellent service to all families and participants.

Candidates should be fun, engaging, welcoming, nurturing, punctual, and reliable, taking the role model aspect seriously by leading by example. The role requires creativity, innovation, the ability to thrive in loud environments, and the capacity to handle challenging conversations, including conflict mediation with peers and communication with parents.
