Program therapist (Lmsw, lcsw-C, lgpc, lcpc)(Autism - 12 month program)

Program therapists employ therapeutic strategies to foster students' social, emotional, and academic growth, ensuring they can access curriculum and are available for learning while providing related services as prescribed by ieps. Key duties include case management through collaboration with stakeholders, effective behavior management implementation, and conducting functional behavioral assessments.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold a current maryland clinical license, with lcpc and lcsw-C preferred, along with msde school social worker certification or eligibility. Preferred qualifications include three or more years of clinical experience with children in a school setting and knowledge of dsm and idea applications.
