Market context

School-based therapy roles remain competitive in Maryland

In Maryland, elementary and middle school program therapist roles are typically driven by steady demand for student mental health support and school-based intervention services. These positions are competitive because employers often look for a master’s degree, a current Maryland clinical license, and prefer LCPC or LCSW-C credentials plus school experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit and save time against the original job description.
