PART-TIME Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba, collecting data on client progress and engaging clients in therapeutic activities. They will also communicate with families regarding progress and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines in behavior analysis.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or the 40-Hour training certificate, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children with special needs. Additional requirements include passing a background check, obtaining cpr certification, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
