Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba, collect data on client progress, and engage clients in therapeutic activities. They will also communicate with families regarding their child's progress and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or have completed the 40-Hour rbt training, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children with special needs. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
