Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will participate in and complete the 40-Hour rbt training program to develop skills in behavior analysis, while shadowing and assisting bcbas in implementing treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting data, engaging clients in therapeutic activities, and communicating progress with families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be willing to complete the required rbt training program and attain certification, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
