Host Home Provider-Conover

The role involves implementing applied behavior analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings under the supervision of a board certified behavioral analyst. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress and facilitating the teaching of communication, self-Help, and social skills.

Candidates should possess a registered behavioral technician certification and preferably a bachelor’s degree, along with at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and scheduling flexibility are also required.
