Camp Counselor - Adrian L. Shuford Jr YMCA

The camp counselor is directly responsible for the safety, supervision, leadership, and guidance of a group of campers while building a positive environment. Responsibilities include executing lesson plans, ensuring area cleanliness, managing behavior, and assisting with swimming activities.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old (18 for licensed programs) and possess experience and training relevant to camp programs, along with emotional maturity and integrity. Required qualifications include cpr, first aid, blood borne pathogens certification, and bsac training.
