Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of children aged birth to five, adjusting treatment plans, and testing abilities to determine realistic goals. The role also requires timely recording of evaluation and progress information using the electronic medical record system and maintaining confidentiality of records.

Candidates must possess current new york state licensure and/Or certification in physical therapy, a valid driver's license, and comfort working with computer systems including ms word. Experience in early childhood settings is highly desired for this role.
