Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA)

Responsibilities include assessing client repertoires, developing treatment plans, ensuring timely documentation, and overseeing registered behavior technicians (Rbts) in implementing direct therapy with high treatment integrity. The role also involves facilitating parent collaboration and coordinating care with other service providers.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctorate degree in aba or a qualifying degree according to the bacb, along with maintaining an active national bcba certificate. A minimum of two or more years of experience working with children with autism is also required.
