Employment Specialist/Job Coach

This professional role involves supporting adults with intellectual/Developmental disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive employment by providing job training, coaching, and implementing necessary accommodations. The specialist must build strong communication with both the employee and the employer to ensure successful, independent job performance and mutually beneficial relationships.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with experience working with young adults with intellectual/Developmental disabilities being beneficial. A valid driver's license, reliable internet access, and proficiency with common computer software are mandatory requirements.
