Employment Specialist/JOB COACH

The employment specialist will support individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities in securing and excelling in competitive employment. This includes job training, coaching, and fostering effective communication between employees and employers.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience working with young adults with intellectual/Developmental disabilities is highly desirable. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are also required.
