Employment Specialist/JOB COACH

The employment specialist will work one-On-One and in groups with clients aged 14-22, providing student services in areas like workplace readiness, self-Advocacy, and job exploration. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with state vocational rehabilitation counselors and attending weekly virtual management meetings.

Candidates must have an aa/Ba or equivalent work experience in human services and must pass a background check. A reliable personal vehicle, home computer/Laptop, and internet access are also required for this role.
