Youth Development Associate

The youth development associate is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting daily program activities and fostering strong relationships with families. Key duties include implementing curriculum, providing active supervision, maintaining program safety and cleanliness, and upholding ymca core values.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and preferably have previous experience working with children in a developmental setting, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Required qualifications include the ability to plan activities, work independently and in a team, and obtain necessary certifications like cpr/First aid and child abuse reporting.
