Physical Therapist (PT)

The physical therapist is primarily responsible for providing direct physical therapy services to children aged birth through 5 years old in offsite early intervention settings. Essential functions include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking a child's progress, adjusting treatment plans, and testing abilities to determine realistic goals.

Applicants must be physical therapists (Pt) willing to provide services for children aged birth through 5 years old, either full-Time or part-Time. The role requires the ability to evaluate progress, set goals, and deliver therapy through child-Directed play.
