Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians will implement results-Oriented approaches based on applied behavior analysis (Aba) to assess client interactions and promote skill development according to individualized treatment plans. This involves playing with and encouraging young learners while documenting progress and facilitating milestones like communication and independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have availability to work full-Time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, monday through friday, holding a high school diploma or ged. A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience working with children with special needs are preferred.
