Camp Specialist

The camp specialist is responsible for creating a safe environment and developing an appropriate curriculum and program for their assigned specialty area under the direction of the summer camp director. Essential functions include assuring camper safety, planning and implementing age-Appropriate lessons daily, and maintaining positive communication with all stakeholders.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess three years of prior experience in camping, recreation, teaching, or childcare. Candidates must also have knowledge of and certification in a specific specialty area, along with current cpr/Aed and first aid certifications or the ability to obtain them within 90 days.
