Challenge Course Specialist-CATL

The challenge course specialist is responsible for creating a safe environment and implementing an appropriate curriculum for their assigned specialty area under the direction of the summer camp director. Essential functions include assuring camper safety, planning age-Appropriate lessons, maintaining equipment, and communicating positively with all stakeholders.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate, with previous experience in camping, recreation, teaching, or childcare preferred. Required qualifications include knowledge of and low ropes/Challenge course certification, excellent human relation skills, and current or pending cpr/Aed and first aid certification.
