Head Infant Teacher

Educators are responsible for planning and implementing curriculum aligned with connecticut early learning and development standards while creating a nurturing environment that supports infant development. This role also requires maintaining ongoing communication with families and ensuring compliance with all center policies and state regulations.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience working specifically in an infant classroom and two years of general early childhood education experience. An associate degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
