Head Infant Teacher

Responsibilities include planning and implementing curriculum aligned with connecticut early learning and development standards while creating a nurturing environment for infant development. Educators must also maintain ongoing communication with families and ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulations.

Candidates are required to have a minimum of two years of experience working specifically in an infant classroom and two years in early childhood education. An associate degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
